 Welcome to Que Sera Restaurant, the culinary gem of Black Mountain. We provide Dine In, Take Out, and Guest Reservations services.

      
       Que Sera Restaurant is a Black Mountain culinary gem situated slightly off the beaten path of Old Hwy 70. Located across from the Primary School in a non-descript strip of buildings, Que Sera offer guests a fun, upscale-casual dining experience with a eclectic menu of dishes created from the finest and freshest ingredients. Carl and Janie Tayloe fulfilled a dream when they opened the restaurant in 2007 after a careers devoted entirely from the food industry. These restaurant veterans have worked all over the south and in some of the country’s finest establishments; their professional attitude and training is reflected in the relaxed, attentive, and confidence that keeps customers coming back.
       Que Sera is the culmination of their experiences and manifestation of their love for food and hospitality. “I just love to cook, it is my passion”, says Carl. Clearly he loves people too, since he can often be found in the dining room checking on patrons, telling a football joke or offering modifications that will meet their dietary needs. Janie makes all of the decadent desserts and manages the business while trying to keep Carl in line. The wait staff are attractive, attentive, and knowledgeable who treats the customers like family.  The dedicated kitchen crew works in very tight quarters and manages to assure a consistent, delicious, and beautifully prepared meals.
 
       We have a carefully selected wine list, full bar, and outdoor seating. The menu reflects their southern roots, professional training, local connections and years of experience.
